We are one of the largest B2B wholesalers for vape & smoke shop supplies and assorted accessories. We are a national company and work with retail stores and distributors in all 50 states. We are currently looking to fill a sales position at our Addison fulfillment center for wholesale to wholesale sales. We are looking for energetic and detail orientated individuals to join our growing sales team.

Our company is expanding and we are known in the industry for being master distributors for popular products like JUUL, VUSE, ZYN, PAX, RED BULL and many more recognizable brands in the vape and smoke shop categories.

Your role will require you to network with potential and existing customers. Successful candidates will also have experience in B2B sales and knowledge of products as well as knowledge in a sales environment and in the marketing field.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years previous sales experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Some familiarity with CRM systems and practices (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Cannabis, Wholesale or Vape Industry knowledge
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Experience managing a book of over 40 wholesalers at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 a year

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and target Distributors to form new relationships to facilitate new business.
  • Build prospective customer list from various directories and use current industry contacts and colleagues to obtain new business and strengthen existing relationships
  • Ability to have patience and project a warm and relatable personality over the phone to facilitate new business
  • Ability to open new wholesale accounts and increase business with existing wholesalers
  • Ability to effectively communicate new promotions with managers and provide advice on new products in the industry to customers
  • Show the ability to negotiate price variation with customers and obtain approval from managers
  • Show the ability to understand market trends and current market prices as they change in real time
  • Show the ability to resolve customer issues by communicating with managers on potential solutions
  • Willingness to obtain knowledge on new products to ensure sell through for customers
  • Compile customer and market information useful for planning and executing sales
  • Willingness to travel to visit prospective wholesalers and existing customers
  • Willingness to travel for national trade shows 2-4 times per year.
  • Periodically review customer issues and sales history with managers to improve future performance
  • Ability to identify and communicate major selling points for major products to ensure buy in from customers.

Schedule:

  • 9am - 6pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Availability 1-2 Saturdays per month for 4 hours

Supplemental pay types:
